Wolves In The Throne Room releases new album Estuary

The atmospheric black metal band Wolves In The Throne Room has released their eighth studio album, titled ‘Estuary’. The record is described as a post-apocalyptic concept piece set 1,000 years in the future, exploring a world where survivors wander through haunted ruins and new mythologies emerge from the remnants of industrial civilization.

Musically, the album incorporates elements of noisy industrial sounds alongside themes of nature, such as forests and starlight. The band is launching a tour to support the release, beginning with the ‘Knights of Tiamat Tour’ across the UK and Europe, with support from Worm and Final Dose. North American tour dates are scheduled for early 2027.
