Woman Gives Birth During The Kolors Concert in Livorno

On 29 July 2026 the Italian pop‑rock band The Kolors performed in Piazza del Luogo Pio, Livorno, as part of the city’s summer festival. A 39‑year‑old woman who was 40 weeks pregnant experienced sudden contractions and her water broke shortly after the show began. Security staff and on‑site medical personnel were alerted, and the frontman Stash halted the performance to allow emergency responders to reach her. She was quickly taken to a nearby hospital where she gave birth a few minutes later.

Stash posted on Instagram, stating, “I stopped everything because they told me a pregnant woman was not feeling well,” and thanked the Red Cross volunteers who assisted. Approximately 30 000 spectators were present, and the concert resumed after the birth.

The incident highlighted the coordination between the band, security, and medical teams at large public events in Italy.
