women in (e)motion festival announces 2024 lineup

The women in (e)motion festival is scheduled to take place from September 11 to October 12, presented by Bremen Zwei and Sparkasse in Concert. The event features an international lineup of solo artists and bands performing genres ranging from singer-songwriter and jazz to folk and rock.

Performers include British singer Sarah Jane Morris, the Norwegian Hedvig Mollestad Trio, and the Norwegian band Vepsestikk, which is making its German premiere. Other featured artists include Lucy Kitchen, Australian musician Melody Jane Poole, and the Fire and Water Quintet led by New York pianist Myra Melford, who will close the festival.
