Women Leadership Circle launches Delhi NCR Chapter

The Women Leadership Circle (WLC) has launched its Delhi NCR Chapter, expanding its professional community into one of India’s primary corporate and entrepreneurial markets. The new chapter aims to support women professionals, senior leaders, CXOs, and entrepreneurs through mentorship, learning programs, and curated leadership discussions.

According to Jaya Mehrotra, Founder and CEO of WLC, the initiative is designed to be more than a networking platform, focusing instead on a “curated, trusted circle” that helps women broaden perspectives and accelerate growth. The chapter provides opportunities for founders to connect with peers and mentors regarding business scaling, financial preparedness, and team building within the Delhi NCR ecosystem.
