Women's entrepreneurship initiatives launch in Georgia and Argentina

The Fundación Sonríe Mujer is expanding to Georgia, USA, with an official launch scheduled for October 18 in Social Circle. Led by founder Jacqueline Polanco, the initiative aims to foster connection, wellness, and entrepreneurship among women. The launch event will feature networking opportunities, wellness activities, and a charity bazaar. Funds raised from the event will be used to support the legal incorporation and formalization of women-led businesses.

In Argentina, the Emprendedora del Sol 2026 program is currently accepting applications for women entrepreneurs. Part of the Fiesta Nacional del Sol, the competition offers significant non-reimbursable grants to winners across various sectors, including industry, technology, and commerce. Beyond financial support, the program provides professional training and mentorship to enhance business sustainability and competitiveness.
