Women's Handmade Clothing Exhibition Opens in Bilecik, Turkey

An exhibition of handmade clothing was held in Beşevler village, Osmaneli district, Bilecik, Turkey. Organized by the Osmaneli Halk Eğitim Merkezi as part of its clothing course, the event displayed garments created over the year by 40 female participants.

Bilecik Governor Faik Oktay Sözer attended the opening, inspected each piece and praised the initiative, stating, "Kadınlarımızın üretime katılması, meslek edinmesi ve sosyal hayatta daha güçlü bir yer alması büyük önem taşımaktadır." He highlighted the importance of women’s participation in production, vocational training and social empowerment.
