Women's leadership and entrepreneurship initiatives in Spain

In La Rioja, the government concluded its Women's Leadership Program in Logroño with over 60 participants. The initiative, which ran from October 6 to October 22, focused on professional development, mentorship, and networking to encourage women's participation in decision-making roles. Participants included women aged 20 to 69 from various professional sectors. The program featured speakers from the agri-food and technology sectors, highlighting the importance of overcoming barriers to career advancement and leadership.

In Catalonia, the new Women's Council of Foment has launched a series of meetings to gather experiences and proposals from territorial employer associations. Led by Anna Ibars, the initiative aims to produce a report establishing a set of priorities to serve as a voice before administrations and economic agents. The tour is expected to conclude in the spring with a congress.
