Wonderful secures $550 million in Series C funding for AI operating system

Wonderful, an Amsterdam-based developer of enterprise AI operating systems, has secured $550 million in Series C funding. The investment brings the company’s valuation to $5 billion.

The funding round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Salesforce and existing investors including Index Ventures, IVP, Bain Capital, Nine Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners. The company plans to use the capital to advance product development and expand its global deployment teams.

Wonderful’s AI OS is designed as a modular, open-architecture platform that integrates AI agents, workflows, and applications without forcing companies to rely on a single AI model or provider. This allows businesses to connect various AI tools to existing systems and maintain ownership of their assets. The company employs a deployment model where engineers assist with initial implementation before transitioning technical operations to the client.
