Wong Tai Sin hit-and-run involving taxi and goods vehicle

A hit-and-run accident occurred in Wong Tai Sin, Hong Kong, on the night of a recent incident. A taxi was reportedly struck from behind by another unidentified vehicle, causing it to be pushed forward into the rear of a parked medium goods vehicle on Nga Chuk Street.

Bystanders reported hearing a loud noise and expressed concern that individuals might be trapped inside the vehicles. However, upon arrival, police and fire services found that both vehicles were unoccupied and no injuries were reported. The taxi driver, a night-shift worker, stated he had parked the vehicle around 10:00 PM before leaving the scene. Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the accident and searching for the vehicle responsible for the hit-and-run.
