WOO X faces user complaints over multi-day withdrawal delays

Users of the cryptocurrency trading platform WOO X are reporting significant delays in fund withdrawals, with some transactions remaining in pending or processing status for up to three days. On-chain investigator ZachXBT highlighted these issues on September 6, noting a pattern of frozen transactions and, in some cases, outright cancellations.

WOO X responded to the reports by stating it is investigating individual cases and reviewing its system status. The exchange attributed the delays to ongoing blockchain processing and manual internal reviews. Affected users have been asked to provide transaction details to official support channels to assist in the investigation.

The situation has drawn scrutiny due to WOO X's ownership. The platform was acquired by FusionX Digital in late 2025. FusionX Digital is linked to Sheldon Xia, the founder of BitMart, an exchange that announced in July 2026 that it would cease operations and restructure, leaving many users unable to access their funds.
