Wood & Company to launch Prague Stock Exchange ETF by autumn

Wood & Company is developing an exchange‑traded fund that will replicate the performance of the Prague Stock Exchange’s PX index, offering investors a single‑trade exposure to the Czech market’s leading equities. The project, confirmed by Prague Stock Exchange CEO Petr Koblic, has moved into the implementation phase and could be introduced as early as September. Wood & Company CEO Vladimír Jaroš highlighted the firm’s near‑50% market share on the exchange and its technology platform as key advantages, stressing the aim to keep the fund’s fees affordable.

In a separate regulatory filing, Wood & Company disclosed a manager‑transaction report, meeting mandatory publishing requirements for investment funds in the Czech Republic.
