The new food court, managed by TM Wander, is expected to host up to 18 different vendors, primarily featuring emerging brands and independent operators with Asian-inspired offerings.
Projected timelines suggest that H Mart and TM Wander aim to open in the Woodgrove location around 2028. Additionally, the development may transform exterior and parking areas into spaces for landscaping, dining, and seasonal events, subject to feasibility and joint planning.
