Worcester man charged with sexual assault of child in Milford church

Raul Feliciano, 63, of Worcester, has been charged with rape and indecent assault and battery of a child under 14 following an alleged sexual assault at Iglesia Cristiana Reno de Dios in Milford, Massachusetts.

Police allege the incident occurred approximately two years ago when the victim was 13 years old. According to investigators, Feliciano lured the girl into a church basement under the pretense of needing help moving water, where he then sexually assaulted her. The victim reported the incident to detectives in September.

Feliciano, a registered level two sex offender with prior convictions for rape and indecent assault dating back to 1993 and 2001, was arrested by Worcester police on Friday. While he was initially granted $15,000 bail in the Milford case, a judge revoked his bail due to a separate, ongoing case in Worcester, ensuring he remains in custody.

If released in the future, court conditions require Feliciano to wear a GPS monitoring bracelet and maintain no contact with children.
