Workday integrates with Experian and Checkr for automated verifications

Workday has entered into new integrations with Experian and Checkr to automate and expand real-time income and employment verification capabilities for eligible employers with U.S. employees.

Through the Experian integration, the Experian Verify network aims to expand its coverage to more than 80 million records, representing over half of U.S. payroll employees. This connection is designed to reduce reliance on manual documentation for consumers applying for mortgages, auto loans, or apartment leases, while decreasing the administrative burden on HR departments.

Similarly, the partnership with Checkr allows participating employers to make verified information available instantly. This integration aims to streamline high-stakes decision-making processes, such as mortgage underwriting and government benefit applications, by providing lenders and agencies with faster access to data without requiring employees to manually track down paperwork.
