Workday launches operations in the UAE with new Dubai office

Workday, Inc. has officially launched its operations in the United Arab Emirates, establishing a new office in Dubai to support regional HR, finance, and IT transformation. The expansion includes dedicated regional operations and expanded local leadership to serve the Middle East market.

To coincide with the launch, the company released a report titled ‘Beyond Productivity: Measuring the Real Value of AI in the UAE.’ The research indicates significant AI integration within the country, noting that 90% of employees use AI at least weekly, with 18% using it every working day. The report highlights that employees save an average of 3.6 hours per week through AI usage, while over half of C-suite executives and directors utilize the technology weekly.
