Workforce Development Agency supports unemployed youth in Taiwan

The Workforce Development Agency’s Central Taiwan, Changhua, and Nantou Branch is utilizing the ‘Youth Employment Success Program’ to assist young people who have been unemployed for more than 180 consecutive days. The initiative provides deep employment counseling and customized services to help participants identify their strengths and establish career goals.

Services offered through the program include resume reviews, interview skill practice, and job recommendations. To encourage stability, participants who maintain steady employment for three months are eligible for a 30,000 TWD job-seeking incentive.

Since the program's implementation in 114 (2025) through August of this year, over 880 youths in the Central Taiwan, Changhua, and Nantou region have participated, with more than 600 individuals successfully securing stable employment and receiving the incentive. The program is open to eligible youth aged 15 to 29.
