Workiva and Fujitsu launch new enterprise AI agent technologies

Technology companies are expanding their enterprise AI capabilities through the introduction of specialized AI agents.

Workiva, during its Amplify 2026 conference in Las Vegas, introduced Agent Studio. This platform allows users to create and deploy custom AI agents designed to handle regulatory reporting and information management. CEO Julie Iskow emphasized that the platform focuses on making AI results traceable and defensible for investors and regulators. The new solutions aim to automate evidence collection, attribute definition, and testing, replacing manual workflows with automated, traceable processes.

Fujitsu has launched Aurora, an AI voice agent designed for its Agentic Service Desk. Aurora utilizes a multimodal Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach to resolve IT issues autonomously through natural speech in over fifty languages. The system is designed to move beyond traditional ticket-based support by coordinating multiple AI agents to diagnose and solve problems. Aurora integrates with existing platforms like Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and AWS Connect, utilizing a three-engine architecture to manage multilingual speech, knowledge processing, and workflow orchestration.
