Workman and Sanwa Construction release specialized health and wellness products

Various Japanese companies are releasing specialized products aimed at health and physical maintenance. Workman has introduced the BMZ(R) Ashitore Sandal, priced at 1,900 yen. Utilizing patented technology from insole manufacturer BMZ, these sandals are designed to support the cuboid bone to promote correct movement and provide a training effect through walking.

In the sector of heatstroke prevention, Sanwa Construction has seen significant success with its ‘Zenecon ga tsukutta shio jelly’ (Salt Jelly made by a general contractor). Originally developed for construction site workers to easily consume salt, the product has surpassed 4 million cumulative sales. The jelly sticks, which come in five flavors, are designed for rapid consumption and contain approximately 0.15g of salt per 10g unit, aligning with health guidelines for heatstroke countermeasures.
