Workplace conflict arises over credit for completed tasks

An employee reported a situation where a colleague took credit for work performed during a vacation period. After being asked to assist with corporate profile management and campaign texts to alleviate stress before a two-week holiday, the colleague allegedly deleted the original files from the internal system upon returning.

The colleague then re-entered the work under her own credentials to make it appear as though she had completed the tasks herself. During a company meeting, the colleague publicly praised her own efficiency to management. This led to a confrontation where the original worker publicly disputed the claims, asserting that she had completed the entire workload.
