Workshop clarifies involvement in death of Anthony Ieranò
Following the tragic death of 31-year-old Anthony Ieranò in the Reggio Calabria area, the owners of a local mechanical workshop have issued statements to clarify their lack of involvement in the incident.
Representatives of the business, including Giuseppe Luciano, stated that Ieranò was not an employee of the workshop and was not performing work on their behalf. According to the workshop, the victim was conducting private mechanical work on a vehicle parked in the public area in front of the premises.
The workshop was reportedly closed for holidays at the time of the accident. Officials emphasized that the incident did not occur within the business property or its private yard, but rather on the public road, and that the victim had obtained permission from the vehicle owner to remove a specific part.
