World Cup 2026 semifinal scheduled and halftime show details announced

The FIFA World Cup 2026 semifinal between England and Argentina is set for 16 July at 02:00 local time, with broadcasts planned on Vietnamese channels VTV3, VTV6 and VTV Go.

FIFA is also preparing the tournament's first ever halftime show, which could extend the break to around 30 minutes. The lineup announced so far includes Madonna, Shakira, BTS and Justin Bieber as headliners, with additional performances by Burna Boy, Gustavo Dudamel, Coldplay and a choir from PS22, among others. FIFA has not yet confirmed the exact duration of the extended halftime.
