A recent GoTrendier Colombia report shows that sales of premium men's soccer jerseys priced between 100,000 and 200,000 Colombian pesos rose 15.7% in recent months, while cheaper shirts under 50,000 pesos fell 35%. Consumers are seeking retro and special‑edition kits from Nike, Adidas and Under Armour, driven by World Cup excitement and street‑wear trends such as blokecore. “La conversación alrededor del Mundial está trascendiendo lo deportivo. The tournament opens on 11 June 2026 with Mexico hosting South Africa in Group A at Estadio Azteca, which will become the first stadium to host three World Cup opening matches. The ceremony will feature performances by Tyla, Alejandro Fernández, Maná, Belinda, Los Ángeles Azules and J Balvin.
