World Energy Saving Day highlights sustainability and corporate efficiency

World Energy Saving Day, observed on October 21, aims to raise global awareness regarding environmental preservation and the necessity of universal access to reliable, sustainable energy. Established in 2012 by the World Energy Forum, the initiative seeks to ensure feasible and timely energy access for all by 2030 to support economic growth and human development.

In alignment with these sustainability goals, HONOR has reported using 27 million kWh of clean energy in 2025, representing 23% of its total consumption. The company has established a roadmap to achieve carbon neutrality in its own operations by 2040 and across its entire value chain by 2050. As part of this strategy, the company is developing hardware with increased battery longevity, such as the HONOR 600 Smart and HONOR Pad X9b Max, to reduce frequent charging requirements.
