World Alliance of Young Croatia launches 9th Summer School of Bioethics in Šibenik

The World Alliance of Young Croatia opened its ninth annual Summer School of Bioethics and Human Rights in Šibenik on 3 August, holding the opening ceremony at Barone Fortress. County prefect Paško Rakić addressed the participants, followed by remarks from the alliance’s president Petar Šarić and secretary Petra Romac. The three‑day program features lectures on nutrition and fertility by Martina Bogdan, philosophical perspectives on human rights by Dan Đaković, reproductive health education by psychologist Lee Čorić, public‑speaking training by professor Danijel Labaš, and a presentation on advances in fetal medicine by Dr. Ivan Zmijanović. The event also includes a guided tourist tour of Šibenik.
