World of Warcraft: Midnight patch introduces class balance updates

Blizzard Entertainment has announced a series of class balance updates for the World of Warcraft: Midnight expansion. The patch aims to support underperforming specializations in PvE environments while attempting to accelerate combat duration in PvP.

Key adjustments include significant buffs for Death Knights, Demon Hunters, Druids, Hunters, Mages, Monks, Paladins, and Priests. Specific changes involve damage increases for Frost Death Knights, ability damage boosts for Druids and Mages, and healing improvements for certain classes. Additionally, Blizzard is implementing a change to bonus rolls, restricting their use to encounters where players are eligible for loot.

These updates arrive as professional guilds, including Echo and Liquid, compete in the Race to World First during the current raid cycle involving the Coiled Isle and Venomous Abyss.
