World Trade Center victims honored ahead of 25th anniversary
As the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks approaches, new reports highlight the ongoing impact of the tragedy on victims and their families.
Jerry Reilly, a 75-year-old FDNY veteran, has passed away due to illnesses related to his service at the World Trade Center. His death comes just days before the 25-year milestone of the attacks.
In a separate remembrance, Elvin Romero is being honored as one of the individuals killed during the attacks. Romero, a 34-year-old vice president of international equities at Cantor Fitzgerald, was working in the North Tower at the time of his death.
