WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 opens Canal Parade tickets, launches KLM partnership
Preparations for WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 are underway. From 1 July 2026, visitors can buy vignettes to sail their own boats in the Canal Parade, while tickets for the Museumplein concerts and the Human Rights Conference are also on sale. The boat‑parade jury, chaired by presenter Cornald Maas, includes former Pride in Blue chair Ellie Lust, theatre maker Raymi Sambo, former culture secretary Gunay Uslu and TV personality Frank van Leeuwen.
KLM has become an official partner of WorldPride. In collaboration with Delta Air Lines the airline will share a boat in the Canal Parade, operate a stand in the WorldPride Village and take part in the WorldPride March. KLM also hosts a Pride House at the Sofitel Legend The Grand hotel for six international LGBTQ + representatives and runs two dedicated Pride flights – one to Toronto on 28 June and another to Berlin on 24 July – to support community events abroad. The airline celebrates the 15‑year anniversary of its internal LGBTQ + network “Over the Rainbow”.
