Wrap Technologies launches WrapTactics LMS to support non‑lethal response training

Wrap Technologies, Inc. announced the commercial launch of its WrapTactics Learning Management System (LMS), completing the training foundation of the company’s six‑tier WrapShield architecture. The platform delivers digital learning, certification management, immersive virtual‑reality training, compliance reporting and mobile learning for the deployment of its non‑lethal tools, most notably the BolaWrap 150.

The launch follows the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ 2026 classification of the BolaWrap 150 as an instrument of restraint, a decision that widens procurement opportunities beyond traditional law‑enforcement agencies. WrapTactics is designed to generate recurring subscription revenue through ongoing certification, curriculum updates and compliance services, and the company plans to expand the LMS with AI‑assisted training assessment, additional digital certifications, advanced analytics and partner‑developed content for federal, defense and international markets. The BolaWrap 150 is already used by more than 1,000 agencies in the United States and in 60 countries, with training certified by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST).
