Wrestling figures Elijah and Tully Blanchard reflect on WWE and AEW experiences

Professional wrestlers Elijah and Tully Blanchard have shared reflections on their experiences working within major wrestling promotions.

Elijah, formerly known as Elias in WWE, discussed the influence of former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. He noted that McMahon expected performers to meet challenges and take ownership of the material provided to them. Elijah cited observing John Cena’s ability to transform creative segments into memorable moments as a key learning experience during his tenure.

WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard spoke about his departure from All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Blanchard explained that he felt he did not fit into the modern television-centric style of wrestling, noting that his traditional approach was built around the energy of live house shows rather than the requirements of a television production.
