WRO 2026 Japan National Finals to be held in Tokyo

The WRO 2026 Japan National Finals will be held on August 22 and 23 in Minato, Tokyo. Organized by the NPO WRO Japan, the event features over 178 teams and 400 participants competing across four categories: Robo Mission, Future Innovators, Robo Sports, and Future Engineers. The competition includes 146 teams selected from 1,000 teams that participated in 31 regional qualifying rounds across the country. This year's finals will also host guest teams from South Korea and China.

In preparation for such high-level competitions, students from the robotics course at CLARK NEXT TOKYO recently participated in the WRO Tokyo Official Qualifier. Five teams from the school entered the Robo Sports category, with four teams successfully advancing to the semifinals. The competition serves as a practical application of the students' skills in robot construction and programming.
