Wrocław expands cycling infrastructure through 2030 plan

Wrocław is expanding its cycling infrastructure as part of a long-term strategic initiative. The city currently maintains a network of nearly 1,500 kilometers of cycling routes, which includes over 430 kilometers of dedicated paths, lanes, and shared pedestrian routes. Approximately 370 kilometers of these routes pass through parks and along river embankments.

These developments are part of the Cycling Action Plan through 2030, which aims to create a safe, integrated network connected to the city's green spaces. Recent efforts also focus on expanding connections to neighboring municipalities, such as Oborniki Śląskie, to facilitate both recreation and commuting.
