Wrocław historic tenement undergoes million PLN renovation

A major renovation is underway for a historic tenement building located at Wrocławczyka 37 in Wrocław. The project, commissioned by the company Wrocławskie Mieszkania, focuses on the front facade and is expected to be completed by December.

The current stage of work costs 481,000 PLN, with 180,000 PLN provided by the Wrocław municipality. This follows an initial renovation phase conducted between 2024 and 2025, which cost 611,000 PLN. In total, the investment in the building's facade and balconies exceeds one million PLN.

Constructed between 1880 and 1890, the building is listed in the municipal register of monuments. The area's development was historically influenced by philanthropist Juliusz Schottlander, who laid out the street formerly known as Paulstrasse.
