Wrocław launches 40 million PLN tenement renovation project
The municipal company Wrocławskie Mieszkania has launched a major renovation project in the Sępa-Szarzyńskiego street area of Wrocław. The initiative involves twelve tenement houses, aimed at improving living conditions for over 200 families. The total estimated value of the works is approximately 40 million PLN.
Work has commenced at Sępa-Szarzyńskiego 65 and 65A, with a budget of about 5 million PLN. This phase includes the renovation of front facades, window frames, staircases, and thermal modernization. These works are expected to last roughly 10 months. Further tenders are being prepared for several other buildings in the vicinity, including properties at Sępa-Szarzyńskiego 43, 47, and 68.
Additionally, a design studio has been selected to redesign the courtyard on the eastern side of Sępa-Szarzyńskiego. This courtyard project, which may utilize WBO funds, is expected to be completed by the second half of 2028.
