Wrocław police issue heavy fines at car tuning event

Police in Wrocław conducted intensive traffic enforcement during a car tuning event at Nabrzeże Janówek this past weekend. Officers targeted modified vehicles with illegal features such as tinted windshields, excessively wide tires, tinted lights, and loud exhausts.

Before the event began, officers issued 26 speeding tickets on access roads. During the gathering, police inspected driver sobriety and licenses, resulting in two court referrals. Additionally, 19 fines were issued for vehicle modifications, with the average fine exceeding 500 PLN, totaling over 23,000 PLN in penalties.
