Wrocław to host Bruno Schulz Festival 2026

The Bruno Schulz Festival 2026 is scheduled to take place in Wrocław from October 14 to 18. Organized by the Wrocławski Dom Literatury, the event serves to honor the memory of the writer Bruno Schulz and celebrate literature.

A major highlight of the festival is the world premiere of Olga Tokarczuk’s latest novel, ‘Świata jest za dużo’, which will be discussed by the author on October 14 at Hala Stulecia. Additionally, the festival will host the finale of the 2026 Angelus Central European Literary Award on October 17.

The program includes various literary meetings and readings, such as a session with Alhierd Bacharewicz and readings of books nominated for the Angelus award, including works by authors like Georgi Gospodinow and Joanna Czeczott.
