Wroclaw to Open Eco‑Friendly Preschool for 200 Children in Nowy Dwór

In the western part of Wrocław, on Rogowska Street in the Nowy Dwór district, a new preschool is being built to accommodate up to 200 children. The facility will have eight classrooms, each with its own restroom, plus a multi‑purpose hall, therapy rooms, and on‑site psychologist and pedagogue offices.

The design emphasizes sustainability: a green roof, photovoltaic panels, a heat‑pump system, rain‑garden landscaping, bike racks and extensive greenery. A specialised kitchen will prepare elimination‑diet meals for children with allergies. Construction is scheduled for completion in September 2027, with the opening expected next year.
