Various violent crimes and arrests reported in Germany, Switzerland, and Thailand

Various violent incidents and criminal activities have been reported across Germany, Switzerland, and Thailand.

In Ahrensburg, Germany, a 32-year-old man was arrested following a machete-like sword attack on two workers. A 43-year-old woman sustained life-threatening injuries, while a 54-year-old man suffered minor injuries. In Würzburg, a 45-year-old woman was placed in custody for allegedly attempting to kill her partner with a knife during a domestic dispute.

In Thailand, a 29-year-old woman escaped a kidnapping and armed robbery in Kamphaeng Phet by using her phone's airplane mode to secretly call emergency services. Separately, a 30-year-old man was apprehended after taking his wife hostage with a knife near a minimarket.

Other reported crimes in Germany include a 23-year-old arrested for property damage and attempted theft at a nursing home in Glauchau, a man detained for aggressive behavior and threats at a court building in Schweinfurt, and a 29-year-old arrested for domestic violence and property damage in Kaiserslautern. In Switzerland, a woman was convicted for an arson attack and attempted sabotage motivated by jealousy.
