Wuling and TMT Group launch four new electric vehicle models in Vietnam

TMT Group and Wuling have officially expanded their electric vehicle lineup in Vietnam with the launch of four new models: the Wuling Mini EV Macaron, Wuling Bingo 2026, Wuling Darion, and Wuling Grango. This expansion follows over three years of strategic cooperation between TMT Group and SGMW.

The new models cater to diverse consumer needs, ranging from urban commuting to large family transport. The Wuling Mini EV Macaron, a compact 5-door city car, is priced between 279 million and 339 million VND, offering ranges of 205 km to 300 km per charge. The Wuling Bingo 2026 is a 5-seater hatchback with prices from 409 million to 499 million VND and a range of up to 410 km.

For larger requirements, the lineup includes the Darion and Grango MPVs. The Darion is a 7-seater model, while the Grango is designed for passenger transport services, with prices starting at 519 million VND (subject to promotional discounts). This move is part of a broader trend of increasing Chinese automotive presence in the Vietnamese market, which has seen a surge in hybrid and electric vehicle introductions.
