Wuling Motors launches 7‑seat electric MPV and SUV at Indonesia auto show

Wuling Motors showcased a range of new electric vehicles at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026 in Tangerang. The company introduced the Aira EV, priced between Rp 155 million and Rp 175 million, and reported that early‑bird orders had already exceeded 1,000 units, prompting a waiting list for some colour options.

In addition to the Aira, Wuling unveiled two seven‑seat electric models aimed at families: the Darion EV, an electric MPV featuring an auto‑comfort sliding door for easier access, and the Eksion EV, an electric SUV with a flexible interior layout. Both models are positioned as environmentally friendly, spacious solutions for daily use and longer trips, reflecting Wuling’s strategy to expand Indonesia’s electric‑vehicle lineup for larger‑capacity vehicles.
