Wuzhen Internet Conference showcases advanced humanoid robots and AI foundations

At the 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, significant advancements in robotics and embodied AI were on display. UBTECH unveiled a highly biomimetic humanoid robot priced at 169,800 yuan. The robot features lifelike muscle textures, natural micro-expressions, and fluid movements such as blinking and turning its head, aiming to establish deep emotional connections with users through its UWORLD consumer brand.

In addition to hardware, Ant Group’s open-source embodied AI foundation, Lingbo (Robbyant), demonstrated practical utility by managing automated medicine sorting and delivery in a simulated retail pharmacy setting. The Lingbo stack, which includes vision, depth perception, and action decision-making models, has gained international academic traction. Its components have been integrated into the OpenWAM framework by Fei-Fei Li’s team at Stanford University and utilized by the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) for model distillation. Furthermore, the global open-source robotics platform LeRobot has incorporated Lingbo’s models into its official main line.
