WWE creative faces challenges establishing Big Cass as solo star

WWE creative teams are reportedly facing challenges in establishing Big Cass as a solo competitor due to persistent fan expectations regarding a reunion with former tag team partner Enzo Amore.

Reports from WrestleVotes via Fightful Select suggest that while not a unanimous view within the company, some creative members believe the audience is waiting for Amore’s return. This perception is allegedly hampering the ability to develop Cass’s individual character and storylines. Although Cass has been active on the roster and involved in feuds, the shadow of his former partnership continues to influence how the company approaches his presentation.

While Amore’s name has surfaced in internal discussions, he is not currently under contract with WWE. The company has continued to present Cass as a singles competitor, but the tension between current creative direction and fan anticipation for the former duo remains a notable backstage concern.
