WWE Intercontinental Championship belt from WrestleMania III up for auction

A ring-used version of the 1985–1988 WWE Intercontinental Championship belt has been placed up for auction by Heritage Auctions. As of early October 2026, the high bid for the item stands at $82,500.

Designed by Reggie Parks and featuring a bright red WWF logo, the belt was held by several prominent wrestlers, including Tito Santana, Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat, and The Honky Tonk Man. The championship is notably linked to the WrestleMania III event on March 29, 1987, where Ricky Steamboat defeated Randy Savage in a highly regarded match.

The belt was officially retired by WWE in 1988. Collectors have shown significant interest in the piece, which carries visible signs of use from its era of active competition.
