WWE and AAA Worlds Collide to compete with AEW All Out in Chicago

On September 26, 2026, professional wrestling promotions WWE and AAA will host the Worlds Collide event at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. The event is scheduled to take place on the same night as AEW's All Out at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, marking a rare instance of two major rival companies holding large-scale events in the same metropolitan area on the same day.

AEW All Out has already officially sold out its 9,148 available seats at the NOW Arena. Meanwhile, Worlds Collide has distributed 10,834 tickets for its setup at the Allstate Arena.

There is currently uncertainty regarding the broadcast plans for Worlds Collide. While some internal sources suggest it may be treated as a non-televised live event, others indicate it could be filmed with commentary for platforms such as YouTube or Club WWE. The advertised lineup includes stars such as CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, and Roxanne Perez.

In broader industry news, TKO is reportedly exploring expanded collaborations in Mexico, with potential plans for a major event week in 2027 that could include WWE, AAA, and UFC.
