WWE NXT wrestler Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo provides health update after hospitalization

WWE NXT wrestler Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo has provided an update on his health following a serious injury during a live event in Canada on October 16. During an eight-man tag team match involving the Birthright stable, Lorenzo reportedly struck his face on a ring post while taking a back body drop to the outside of the ring.

The incident forced an immediate stoppage of the match, and Lorenzo was removed from the arena on a stretcher wearing a neck brace. Following his hospitalization, Lorenzo shared updates via Instagram, including a photo from the hospital and a subsequent post from a gym. He captioned his recovery efforts with, “Right back to the grind,” suggesting a return to training.
