WWE Raw features prominent women's division matches

The recent episode of WWE Raw in Fresno, California, featured a heavy emphasis on the women's division, with three of the five scheduled matches involving female competitors.

In a No Disqualification match, Bayley defeated Lyra Valkyria by forcing a submission using a kendo stick-assisted crossface, bringing their series score to 2-1. In a non-title bout, IYO SKY secured a victory over Women's Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez via a roll-up. The main event saw Women's World Champion Liv Morgan defend her title against Becky Lynch. This championship match was established after Stephanie Vaquer was ruled medically unable to compete in a previously scheduled bout against Lynch.

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray praised the performance of the Raw women's division, noting that the quality of the matches provided significant competition to the highly regarded NXT women's division.
