Speculation regarding the date for WWE's 2027 Royal Rumble has emerged following AEW's announcement of its Dynasty event. While WWE has not officially confirmed a date, the event is known to be scheduled for February in Phoenix, Arizona.

During a discussion on ‘Wrestling Observer Radio’, Dave Meltzer indicated that the Royal Rumble is currently scheduled for February 6, 2027. This would place it just one day before AEW's Dynasty event, which is set for February 7 in Liverpool, England. If this date holds, it would mark a rare instance of both major wrestling promotions holding significant events on the same weekend.

While there have been reports that WWE might consider expanding the Royal Rumble into a two-night event, current expectations suggest it will remain a single-night show in 2027.
