AEW honors PAC with special tribute show and Bryan Danielson return
All Elite Wrestling (AEW) held a special tribute episode of Dynamite on September 30, 2026, to honor the life and career of Benjamin Satterley, known professionally as PAC, who passed away at age 40. The show featured several emotional tributes, including a 10-bell salute and a symbolic empty chair with a towel placed in the entrance area of the Death Riders faction.
During the broadcast, Will Ospreay defeated Ricochet in the main event, notably performing PAC’s signature ‘Black Arrow’ finisher. Marina Shafir also secured a victory using PAC’s ‘Brutalizer’ submission. The event saw the unexpected in-ring return of Bryan Danielson, who joined the Death Riders in a multi-man tag match.
To support Satterley’s family, AEW released memorial merchandise, with 100% of the proceeds being donated to them. A statement read by Renee Paquette on air expressed the family's gratitude for the global support and highlighted PAC’s impact as a professional wrestler and a person.
