WWE SmackDown heads to Sacramento for high-stakes confrontations

The upcoming WWE SmackDown episode, scheduled for October 16, 2026, at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, will feature several high-stakes confrontations following the Money in the Bank event.

Key matchups include a face-to-face confrontation between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton. This follows recent tensions where Orton prevented Rhodes from participating in the Money in the Bank tournament. Additionally, Paige is set to face Nikki Bella in a rematch to settle their ongoing rivalry.

In other scheduled action, Damian Priest and R-Truth are expected to face off. The two were former allies and tag team champions, but their relationship fractured following a series of losses, leading to a recent physical altercation between the two.
