WWE SmackDown: Rey Fenix suffers unexpected loss in Denver

During a WWE SmackDown episode at Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, AAA World Cruiserweight Champion Rey Fenix suffered a surprising pinfall loss. Fenix teamed with Nathan Frazer and Axiom (Fraxiom) in a six-man tag team match against Ricky Saints and The War Raiders.

The match concluded when Ricky Saints capitalized on the action to hit an Avalanche Roshambo on Fenix, securing the victory for his team. This win marks a significant moment for Saints, who had not won a match in over three months, and places him closer to challenging for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship.

Other scheduled matches for the event included a singles bout between Giulia and Blake Monroe, as well as qualifying matches for the Men’s and Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Matches. In the women’s division, Tiffany Stratton, Candice LeRae, and Tatum Paxley competed in a Triple Threat Match, while Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and Johnny Gargano fought for the final spot in the men’s field.
