PJ Vasa, also known as Penina Tuilaepa, has announced her departure from WWE. Vasa, a former runner-up in the second season of WWE LFG with a rugby background, confirmed the news via social media. Her exit follows reports of talent cuts within the NXT brand.

Earlier on the same day, Jasper Troy, the winner of the first season of LFG, also announced he had been cut from the company. Reports suggest these roster changes are intended to make room for talent signed during recent tryout camps. As an NXT talent, Vasa is subject to a 30-day non-compete window.
